At The Unfinished Edge, we take pride in the products we create and the merchandise we offer. We want every customer to have a positive shopping experience.

Merchandise Returns

We accept returns of eligible, unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us at liveedge@theunfinishededge.net with your order number and reason for the return.

Please contact us before sending merchandise back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We will review the situation and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns unless otherwise agreed.

For verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, The Unfinished Edge will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.

Exchanges

For merchandise exchanges, please contact us before returning an item so we can confirm availability and provide instructions.

Custom Furniture and Live-Edge Wood Products

Custom-built furniture, personalized commissions, and made-to-order live-edge wood products are generally non-returnable for changes of mind once production has begun.

Any concerns involving damage, defects, or workmanship will be reviewed individually. Your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Project-specific terms, including deposits, changes, and cancellations, may be outlined in your written project agreement.
